Former Acting Associate Legal Counsel for ADA Services, Mr. Bell was a principal advisor to Chairman Evan J. Kemp, Jr. at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, DC. He authored the
EEOC's Technical Assistance Manual and ADA section of the Compliance Manual. Mr. Bell provides expert technical assistance to Jackson, Lewis trial attorneys and is a partner of the national management,
labor and employment law firm of Jackson, Lewis, Schnitzler & Krupman in Washington, DC.
