This program will discuss real world solutions
to current conflicts between the Workers' Compensation Laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). It is designed to give corporate officers guidance in avoiding the pitfalls of this costly area of the current legal/business landscape.

Former Acting Associate Legal Counsel for ADA Services, Mr. Bell was a principal advisor to Chairman Evan J. Kemp, Jr. at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, DC. He authored the
EEOC's Technical Assistance Manual and ADA section of the Compliance Manual. Mr. Bell provides expert
technical assistance to Jackson, Lewis trial attorneys and is a partner of the national management, labor and employment law firm of Jackson, Lewis, Schnitzler & Krupman in Washington, DC.
