successfully Coaching the Van Driver teaches drivers how to handle congested
downtown traffic, pedestrians, parking, docking, and customer contact calmly
and professionally
Coaching the Van Driver is entirely
flexible. The classroom course can be taught in one
half work day or during four to five 45-minute sessions. The self-instruction course
allows drivers to work at their own pace.
