This dog bite avoidance program is a must for employees and supervisors who are required to be on customer property where canines may be present. It is designed to teach field service personnel about canine breeds, drives and behaviors, evaluating a site before you enter, positive ways to secure cooperation from customers regarding their dog and when and when not to use sprays such as Halt. This program can also be customized and conducted on-site for groups of employees at your facility. Presenter: Certified Safety/Loss Control Consultant from Utilities Mutual Insurance Company. .3 CEU
