SARA Title III - Section 313 Toxic Chemical Release & NJ DEP Release & Pollution Prevention Reporting

This technical seminar will cover the applicability and reporting requirements of both the federal EPA’s “Form-R” and the equivalent NJ Form DEQ-114. Topics will include: covered facilities, applicability and threshold determinations; list of toxic chemicals and chemical categories; review of the specific reporting elements under Form-R; methods of estimating emissions; electronic submission. The requirements of the NJ Release & Pollution Prevention Reporting and a detailed technical review of the information required to complete the NJ DEQ-114 Report will be provided.  Presenter: David See. .6 CEU
