It's available a new first responder training program
The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the National Safety Council are pleased to
announce a cooperative effort which has produced a new training program which meets and exceeds the 1995 Department of Transportation National First Responder Curriculum.
This new resource gives first
responders the knowledge, skills and confidence to care for victims of sudden illness and accidents and incorporates the latest American Heart Association Guidelines.
Successful completion meets the New
Jersey Department of Health Training and certification requirements needed to obtain First Responder Cardiac Defibrillation Training.
Complete program included: First Responder Skills Video, CPR Video for the
Professional Rescuer, First Responder Text, Student Study Guide, Instructor Resource Manual, Instructor Slide Set, and Instructor Test Bank.
