10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Outreach Program

Location: NJSSC Training Center, Cranford, NJ
Fee: $295 for Council subscribers/NSC members; $365 for nonsubscribers/nonmembers includes continental breakfasts, course materials, certificate. Lunch is on your own.

2-day program provides instruction on a variety of construction industry OSHA standards to entry level participants. Topics include intro to OSHA, OSH Act/General Duty Clause 5 (a) (1), general safety & health provisions, competent person. Also: motor vehicles, mechanized and construction equipment; electrical safety; excavations; fall protection; PPE & lifesaving equipment; fire protection/prevention; signs, signals, barricades; process safety management/29 CFR 1904, recordkeeping, OSHA forms #300 & #301. Presenter: Joanne Kreisberg. 1.0 CEU
