Managing Conflict in the Workplace

This program will address violence in the workplace, the hazards, responding to an immediate threat and current efforts as well as future directions. Participants will gain an
understanding of how conflicts begin, administrative controls, employee assistance programs (EAP) and behavioral strategies. In addition, they will learn to develop and utilize valuable conflict management
skills and how to develop and implement a workplace violence prevention program and policy. Presenter: Herb Strong, CM, CSP. .6 CEU
