Does your Safety Committee know what it's supposed to do? This workshop program helps committees outline their functions and responsibilities, discusses who should be on the committee and for how long, how to set an
agenda and stick to it. Effective safety committees help maintain a high level of safety program awareness and visibility. Send your committee members to this program so that they can learn to help keep your company
safe. Topics will include: mission statements, goal setting, committee structure-union and non-union workplaces, committee functions and specific tasks, rules of the road and committee pitfalls, budgeting and
committee evaluations.
