This ½-day course will provide a practical approach to providing step-by-step guidance for workplace assurance reviews that are effective and team effort based.
Learn how to get successful results to meet the needs of your company. Topics will include: preliminary audit preparation, on-site physical inspections techniques, policy, procedures and program evaluation, illness and injury record-keeping reviews and management, employee interview methods, report findings preparation and closure. Examples of pre-audit questionnaires, auditing protocols, sample reports, proper audit report writing grammar, program evaluation forms will be shared.
